Guests and Roller Coasters

Just a quick post, I really will update this thing properly with photos etc of my trips. But in the meantime, I had the pleasure of hosting PL for two weeks, as well as J&D for half a week, and SK for a few days. Ever wonder how to fit 5 bodies into a not-that-big London flat?



That was just the living room (which normally looks like this).

Me and PL on the bigger airmatress in the foreground, SK in the airmatress in the background (that D is trying to fill up whilst SK and I are helping/watching). J&D had the bedroom (double bed thank goodness!)

So it really is possible to have a ton of people in my flat! And now I know, if needed, we could have more -- SK's airmatress is a double, another person could go there. My couch is *really* comfy, so someone (preferably a short person) could go there. And if I borrow cushy floor mat things from my Gu Jeh, we could have at least one more person in the bedroom. That makes 8 bodies, without anyone sleeping in the bathtub! Impressive!!

Today I went to Thorpe Park, a smaller version of a Canada's Wonderland or Cedar Point. Went on a bunch of rides including one that's like Vortex, another that's like White Water Canyon. They also had one that was like Timberwolf Falls (no, didn't go on it, didn't want to get soaked).

The best though was the roller coaster Stealth. From 0 to 80 mph in 2.3 seconds, and 4.8Gs!!!! It was awesome, we shot out of the starting position like some insane Roadrunner cartoon show, but it was real! Then proceeded to fire straight up the thing, across the top (beautiful view, though lasts about 2 seconds), before plummeting straight down, practically vertically!! It was great =)

Had a great time, dead tired now, going to sleep like a baby tonight =)
